Polite service, motivated staff, breakfast was outstanding, bed was cozy. Room had a tiled bathroom that we appreciated. Breakfast was included, that was a bonus. Location near restaurants and brasseries. Also, it was 15 min drive from the louvre. Friendly lobby.

The hotel is definitely recommended to everyone. We liked venue's staff and location. Stopped by Comptoir de l'europe to get some coffee and treats, it's short walk from the venue, recommend.

Great location, easy to get around with a railroad station nearby. We liked phileas so we would absolutely stay here again;)))
